JOBS SCAM ALERT - JOB OPPORTUNITIES AT UTANRMP

The Upper Tana Catchment Natural Resources Management Project’s (UTaNRMP) attention has been drawn to fake job opportunities being circulated by fraudulent individuals/agencies through messaging platforms, social media, emails that look like UTaNRMP’s official email address and other communication channels. These scams may seek to extract money or personal details from the public. 

The public is hereby notified that vacancies at UTaNRMP are advertised on National Newspapers, posted on the Project’s website (www.utanrmp.or.ke ) as well as that of Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation (www.water.go.ke ). The same are also shared via the project’s social media platforms.

UTaNRMP does not ask candidates to pay money at any stage of its recruitment process.

We urge the public therefore, to disregard any such communication that does not originate from UTaNRMP’s official channels. Further, UTaNRMP encourages members of the public to conduct due diligence to authenticate such communication and report to the police where fraud is detected.
