The project team (PCT, County and subcounty teams, administrators and implementing agencies like WRMA) will undertake a project area-wide delineation of 2nd generation Focal Development Areas (FDAs). Delineation is a prerequisite exercise to the participatory rural appraisal (PRA). The expected output of this exercise are;
i. Document the number of FDAs along each river basin
ii. Document the preliminary boundaries and mapping of FDAs in each river basin
iii. Document the estimated population size of each proposed FDA
