The workshop objective is to receive and review the final report from the independent
oversight agent on the performance of the 1st year implementation of the matching grants
scheme. This report gives insight to processes and procedures used during administration of
the grants, lessons learnt during implementation, challenges faced by the various stakeholders and
recommends ways to improve the running subsequent matching grants scheme implementation.

The workshop's venue is Kaguru Agricultural Training College in Nkubu, Meru county.
