The 3^rd call for proposals from Community Forest Associations (CFAs) and Water Resources User Associations (WRUAs) to be funded in the financial year 2019/2020 by UTaNRMP through the WSTF was published in year 2018 in the Standard and Star dailies. Consequently, 96 proposals were received (62 from WRUAs & 34 from CFAs). After the proposals appraisal by the Secretariat and the Project Review Committee (PRC) and subsequent no objection by IFAD; 44 project proposals qualified for funding in the financial year 2018/2019 and 13 CFAs proposals in the financial year 2019/2020.
