Training needs Assessment (TNA)

The objective of the study was to establish training needs of the technical officers and implementing community based organizations (CBOs). From the outcome of the study, training will be organized which will improve the implementers’ capacity to implement the project effectively and efficiently. The study was necessary to ensure that all trainings organized by the project are focused, needs driven and are geared towards achieving the goals of the project. This study has been completed.
